OYE6 Composite Sequence

Consists of multiple parts to produce the Old Yellow Enzyme 6 (OYE6) to reduce alpha-beta unsaturated C=C double bonds. Specifically consists of a rhamnose-inducible promoter (P_rha_BAD), a strong RBS, the OYE6 coding sequence, a His_* tag, and a termination sequence from T7.
